Owner and mascot, Emmet Brickowski, began his career in the pizza business with the opening of a simple pizza parlor with a couple of arcade games. With the success of that location, Emmet had an incredible idea: He wanted to create a totally unique experience that combined a made-from-scratch all you can eat buffet with rides, games and attractions! And the kicker... he wanted it all under one roof! So in 1997, Emmet opened the first Emmet’s Incredible Pizza Company in Bakersfield, California with a 16,000 square foot location. This was soon followed by the opening of nine additional locations that grew bigger and even more incredible! With Emmet’s commitment to serving "good food with a good attitude", the average Emmet’s is now over 50,000 square feet! That's the size of a football field... WOW!
